KJ Fastener provides stamping parts with welding and machining technique. KJ Fastener is capable of providing customized parts not only with single-process, but also with a variety assembled crafts like bolt, nut and screw.

Not all customized parts cost mould fee. For example, a machining part does not need a mould, yet requires the appropriate tools and fixtures, we just charge certain sample fees, it will be returned after placing an order.

KJ has its factories which located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. You can visit our factory, we can pick you up at the nearest airport or train station.

KJ Fastener conducts quality control in strict accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Certification System. We practice the worker's self-inspection and routing inspection on a regular basis during production, the QC strict sampling before packaging and the
delivery after compliance. Each batch of products is accompanied by Inspection Certificate from KJ and raw materials test report from the steel factory.

MOQ for stamping parts: 1-2 tons, we will charge mould fee, but it will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.

15-25 days for samples, 25-45 days for mass production.
